Dr. Shayna Frawley holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honours specialization in Political Science with a minor in the Sociology of Work from Western University, a Master’s in Industrial Relations from Queen’s University, and a Ph.D. in Human Resource Management from York University. Before joining Bishop’s University, Dr. Frawley worked in labour relations and human resource management in the public sector, has taught at various post-secondary institutions and was the Graduate Coordinator for the Master’s in Human Resource Management program and Business Management Degree Completion Program Coordinator at West Chester University of Pennsylvania. Her interests are in the fields of industrial relations, human resource management, business and society, and organizational behaviour. Her research focuses on issues surrounding non-compliance with workplace law and ethics in management and HR.
